Selective pallet racking is a storage racking system that is widely used for the storage of pallet-type goods. It is a type of heavy-duty racking. Its structure is arranged in rows along the width of the warehouse. Each row of shelves divides a large number of cargo spaces through longitudinal columns and vertical layers, and is equipped with lanes for the operation of stacking cranes, forklifts and other equipment. The pallets of this rack can be accessed or moved individually without the need to adjust adjacent goods. The height of the beam can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the cargo, the supporting equipment is simple and the installation and maintenance costs are low. Its loading and unloading efficiency is high, suitable for the entire pallet loading and unloading scenario, and it can make full use of the upper space of the warehouse. Product parameters

The load-bearing range of optional racks (pallet racks) is 800-4000kg/layer. The specifications can be customized according to the actual conditions of the customer’s warehouse. The number of layers is usually 3-6 layers, and the material is mainly Q235 cold-rolled steel.

The load of each unit is generally within 4000kg, and two units are usually placed on each floor. The shelves can be used alone, or can be freely arranged in the form of main and auxiliary shelves.

Each layer can be freely adjusted up and down in steps of 50mm. The height of the columns generally does not exceed 12 meters, and mezzanine shelves can be built on the basis of the shelves. The span of the unit shelf is generally within 4m and the depth is within 1.5m; the height of the low and high warehouse shelves is generally within 12m, and the height of the ultra-high warehouse shelves can reach 30m (consisting of multiple sections of columns within 12m).

The surface adopts electrostatic spraying process, which is waterproof, rust-proof and corrosion-proof.

Product Design

The optional shelves adopt a plug-in assembly structure and are quick to install. The cross beams and columns are plugged in and equipped with safety pins to ensure the sturdiness, safety and reliability of the shelves. The height of the unit cargo compartment is adjustable, the distance between the column holes is 75mm, and each layer can be freely adjusted up and down in steps of 50mm. The load-bearing capacity is large, each layer can carry up to 4500KG, and the load-bearing range is generally 800-4000kg/layer.

Single-deep or double-deep racking systems can be designed according to the size of the warehouse, and different types of forklifts can be used for access operations. The pallet can be placed directly on the beam, or partitions, mesh or steel laminates can be added according to the stored goods. The shelf span is determined by the size of the pallet. Generally, two conventional pallets can be placed on one floor. For high stability requirements, expansion screws need to be installed on the feet to ensure stability.

Typically no laminates are required and span beams are used to save costs. The number of layers can be customized according to the height of the warehouse and the height of the pallets. The raw material is Q235B high-quality carbon steel (Q235 cold-rolled steel). Using carbon dioxide shielded welding, the welding deformation is small, and it undergoes professional cutting and plastic spraying pre-treatment processes. Comply with design specifications such as GBT39830-2021 and EN15512:2020.

The height of the columns generally does not exceed 12 meters, and the height of ultra-high warehouse shelves can reach within 30 meters. It is widely used in high-level and ultra-high-level warehouses and is the basic component of automated three-dimensional warehouses.
